PAYE & Payroll
We can offer you the option of Payroll either as a 'bolt on' to the bookkeeping
or as a completely separate service. We run both weekly and monthly payroll
facilities to suit your requirements; once we have set you up on our system
all we would require from you would be the employee's hours, bonuses and absences
and we'll do the rest for you.
You will receive payslips for each employee together with full details of
the tax and national insurance to be paid to HM Revenue & Customs. You
will then be able to raise cheques or process the BACS and online payments
direct into your employee's bank accounts. Alternatively we could carry out
this task for you ensuring that attention is paid to security and the whole
process is dealt with in the strictest of confidence. You will also be made
aware of what needs to be paid to HM Revenue & Customs and by when.
We can provide you with fully working Excel spreadsheets showing full details
of annual leave and sick pay taken / remaining for all of your employees.
If one of your employee's leaves or is dismissed we can produce the P45 when
necessary and ensure that HM Revenue & Customs receive their copies immediately
to ensure that your company's records are up to date. When you employ a new
member of staff we will set them up on to your system using either their previous
employer's P45 or by a P46 the form that the new employee completes if they
do not have a P45.
At the end of the fiscal year some business owners panic, they don't know
what needs to be done and when HM Revenue & Customs should receive the
annual returns. Again we take that worry away from you and we process all
the annual returns for you including P14's, P60's and P11Ds.
