Credit Control

Cash flow is one of the main reasons why businesses fail. It is essential that if your debtors are contacted by telephone they are met with a friendly voice; it is of paramount importance that business relationships are maintained at all times. If your client has a dispute on his account it will be dealt with efficiently.

If after the initial phone calls, you still have not received your money we will devise a series of letters; again with your input to send out to request payment. In general, overdue monies are paid and there is not normally a necessity to take matters further. However, should the unthinkable happen we will be able to advise you of the steps you could take. These options could include involving a debt collection agency, solicitors or Court action.
